Hey, what’s up, everybody?
So recently, as of two weeks ago, Pfizer has recalled all of its lots of its anti- smoking drug Chantix.
Now, Chantix is a drug that was approved by the FDA in 2006 that is supposed to help mitigate and lessen the side effects of quitting smoking.
So all of the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal, like the cravings and overeating and being anxious.
Chantix is supposed to help with all that. Now, as of two weeks ago, Pfizer has recalled Chantix, because the FDA has found that it has an actual carcinogenic in it.
So this drug that is supposed to help you quit smoking so you don’t get cancer is also a drug that is now giving you cancer.
So I thought that it was super important for me to make this video and give everyone a solution to quitting smoking where you don’t have to rely on another drug.
You don’t have to rely on the federal government to sell you a drug, and you could do it just yourself.
It’s available to everybody.
It’s available to any day.
It’s completely free, and it could be completely life-changing, because not only will it help eliminate cravings, in fact, it will help eliminate cravings for up to 50 minutes after you do this, but it could also help reverse all of these side effects or many of the side effects from the years of smoking and the damage you’ve already done.
Now, there’s one thing I want you to do that I know will help you quit smoking, that I know will help eliminate a lot of your problems, or at least your health problems is what I’m doing right now, walking.
Going out for a brisk walk, all right?
And it doesn’t take much time. It doesn’t take much effort.
In fact, I’m recording this video now.
I’m not even huffing and puffing and out of breath.
And this is a good enough exercise intensity for me to get the benefits out of this.
So a brisk walk, some light aerobics, something to get you moving and get your heart rate up.
We all know the recommendations are about 30 minutes a day for any regular health benefits.
Now, that could be broken up into three 10-minute walks, six five-minute walks.
It doesn’t really matter. So implementing exercise and making that your go- to when you have a craving, when you’re trying to quit smoking, when you just need that cigarette. Put your shoes on and go for a walk.
That alone can help you crave or help you stop that craving and stress.
So I hope that that could help.
I hope that if you’re on Chantix, that you safely get off of it and that you no longer need it.
I hope that if you are a smoker, this tip helps you quit smoking, because obviously, we all know that smoking is not good for you.
That isn’t something that I need to preach about.
But all you have to do is go for a walk.
Throw your shoes on, take 10 minutes.
When you’re feeling like you need a cigarette, go outside, go for a walk, five, 10 minutes.
You’ll feel much better.
The cravings will be gone.
You’ll be healthier person in the end.
