Heart Healthy Adds

Since February is the month of love because of Valentine’s Day, we have decided to make it Heart Health Awareness month for our members. There are many foods that we can add into our diet to make it a little bit more heart health conscious. Heart disease is still one of the major contributors to death in the United States of America, and it is also one of the most preventable diseases at the same time. With a few small changes to your diet (and of course exercise) you can make a big difference in the health of your heart.
