Choose key limes with smooth, yellowish-greenish, shiny skin that are heavy for their size.
Storage
Refrigerate limes for up to 2 weeks.

Key Lime Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt (or regular plain yogurt)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp key lime juice (can also use regular limes)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp key lime zest (or regular lime zest)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder (optional – for green color)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix. Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning.
