Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus spears (thick spears are best for roasting)
- 1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 minced cloves of garlic
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to taste
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Wash and trim asparagus
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic
- Roast in oven for 10-12 minutues or desired tenderness
- Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice or balsamic vindegar
