Choose key limes with smooth, yellowish-greenish, shiny skin that are heavy for their size.<\/p>\n

Storage<\/h3>\n

Refrigerate limes for up to 2 weeks.<\/p>\n

Fat-free, saturated fat-free, cholesterol-free, sodium-free, low in calories, and an excellent source of vitamin C.<\/p>\n

Key Lime Recipe<\/h2>\n

Ingredients<\/span><\/h2>\n

  • 1 1\/2 cups rolled oats<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup cashew milk<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 cup plain coconut yogurt (or regular plain yogurt)<\/li>\n
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds<\/li>\n
  • 2 tbsp key lime juice (can also use regular limes)<\/li>\n
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 tbsp key lime zest (or regular lime zest)<\/li>\n
  • 1\/4 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n
  • 1\/2 tsp matcha powder (optional \u2013 for green color)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n
