Next Gen Personal Training was founded with one clear mission: to help adults over 50 reclaim their strength, mobility, and vitality.
We saw too many people being told to “take it easy” or “act their age.” We believe the opposite. Your 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond can be the strongest, most confident years of your life — if you train the right way.
What started as a single training space has grown into two thriving locations in Randolph and Harding, NJ — each filled with members who prove every day that age is just a number.

Kelly Krauss
Director of Personal Training

With over a decade at Next Gen and as part owner of the Randolph location, Kelly holds a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, NASM certification, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and a Menopause Coaching certification. She is dedicated to creating an inviting environment that feels like home and empowering individuals to realize their full potential.

Kasey Celniker
Director of Personal Training
Harding
Kasey grew up an athlete with a passion for movement and healthy living. A Psychology and Sociology graduate from the University of Colorado Boulder, she holds NASM certifications as a Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach. She specializes in working with adults 40 and above, helping them perform at their best.

Bryan Christopher

A University of Rhode Island graduate and NSCA-certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with AED/CPR certification, Bryan is a former two-sport varsity athlete who is passionate about sharing, teaching, and coaching people to improve their sporting skills, health, fitness, and life.

Danielle Collentine
Coach
Randolph
With a Health Sciences degree from Arizona State University, Danielle brings two years of dedicated coaching to Next Gen. She holds NASM Personal Trainer and Weight Loss Specialist certifications, focusing on helping clients feel safe, supported, and confident both inside and outside of the gym.

Deb Van Dusen
Coach
Randolph
An NASM-certified trainer and lead programmer since 2021, Deb also holds Precision Nutrition certification, Menopause Coaching Specialist credential, and Level 1 MELT Method instruction. Her philosophy emphasizes functional strength — helping people move better, feel stronger, and build the kind of strength that supports real life.
