Eat A Rainbow

As with everything in life, moderation is key…… but so is variety!

Eating a rainbow of colors each day has vast nutritional benefits that everyone’s ecosystem can thrive from. NOW is the perfect time to support local farms & cash in on the rainbow of goodness that is being produced in your very own backyard!

Eating healthy can be challenging and tedious, but if looked at in a different light, can be FUN and rewarding, that’s what we do here at Next Generation Training Center!  

We make EVERYTHING fun!

Try eating a variety of colors throughout your day, plan your meals and snacks around fruits & veggies of different colors and make your plate as colorful as possible with each meal, making sure your veggies fill up at least half of your plate.  

Remember…. The green veggies are MVP’s of the veggie color wheel, focus on getting at least a cup or two in a day for the most added health benefit!
