Come play Juicing Bingo with us at Next Generation Training Center this month! We have many different juicing recipes for you to try to incorporate into your diet during the month of July.  Use our recipes, look up your own recipes, get creative, and find new ways to sneak in these green fruits & vegetables to help boost your daily nutrition!  Nutrition doesn’t have to be boring, Next Generation Training Center makes it fun!

Breakfast Juices

Breakfast Mojito:
2 cucumbers
1⁄2 cup firmly packed Basil or mint leaves
1 Limes

Orange – Cranberry:
2 cups cranberries
1 orange
1 apple
1 cucumber

Citrus Wake Up:
1 grapefruit
1 apple
4 carrots
1⁄2 inch piece of ginger
1⁄2 lemon

Brain Nourishing Juices

Cucumber, Carrot & Spinach:
1 cup firmly packed spinach
1 cucumber
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
Pinch of salt (optional)

Brain Boost:
1 cup firmly packed spinach
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of raspberries
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon of Turmeric (optional)

Stress & Headache Relief:
1 1⁄2 cups chopped honeydew melon
1 orange
1⁄2 cup of watermelon

Anti-Aging Juices

Superfood Super Juice
1 cup of blackberries
1 cup of strawberries
1⁄2 cup of blueberries
1⁄2 raspberries
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup of firmly packed spinach

Menopause Relief & Support:
1 cup of red grapes
2 pears (anjou or red)
1 cup strawberries

Rejuvenating:
2 carrots
1 apple
2 kale leaves
1⁄4” pieces of ginger
1⁄4 cup of coconut milk

Antioxidant Juice

Vegetable Vitamin Kick:
2 tomatoes
1 celery stalk
1 red beet
1⁄2 cup firmly packed parsley
2 garlic cloves
1 carrot
1⁄2 lemon
2 asparagus spears (optional)

Broccoli, Apple & Berry:
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 apples
1⁄2 cup cranberries
1⁄2 cup strawberries
1⁄2 lemon

Garlic Infusion:
3 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1⁄4 cup firmly packed parsley
Pinch of salt (optional)

Cleansing Juices

Beet, Apple & Mint:
1 red beet
5 carrots
1 apple
1⁄4 cup firmly packed mint leaves

Lemonade Cleansing Aid:
1 lemon
1 cup chilled water (filtered)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Green Lemonade:
1⁄2 head of romaine lettuce
1⁄2 cup firmly packed kale
1 apple
1⁄2 lemon
1⁄2” piece of ginger

Digestive Juices

Watermelon Mint:
10 mint leaves
3 cups of chopped watermelon

Bloat Relief:
1 cucumber
2 apples
2 carrots
1⁄2 lemon

Pineapple & Pear Cooler:
2 cups chopped pineapple
1 pear

High – Energy Juice
