The Only Holiday Advice That You Need

‚ÄčIf you are serious about your health and fitness, this could be a stressful time of the year.

You don’t want to get off track from your goals, but you are surrounded by cookies, candy, alcohol, and friends/family (which could be an even bigger catalyst for you to drink some unwanted calories).

This year, I am going to recommend you do one thing to help you get through this tough time to stay on track with your goals.

This is probably the most groundbreaking advice I have ever given.

Are you ready for it?

…. Stop stressing, and enjoy it!

Spending time with your friends and family is irreplaceable.

Life flies by entirely too fast to stress about eating and drinking a few extra calories while you are celebrating the holidays.

Have that extra glass of wine (as long as you’re not driving), reach in for seconds, and don’t worry if your pants are a little tighter the next day.

If you get back on track right after the holidays with your diet and exercise routine, and you are consistent with sticking to it for the long term, you will not have to worry about the few extra pounds that you may put on during these couple of weeks.

Love your family and friends, love the time you spend with them, and love your life and yourself. You only get one shot at this, so you might as well enjoy it while you can!

Happy Holidays!!
